As a Binegar (presumably of English heritage) whose family line in the United States dates back to before the American Revolution, I hope to visit your village and your school someday. Best wishes in keeping your school open.

As a parent of two children who transferred to Binegar from the Midlands, 7 years ago, I can vouch for the importance of the school in integrating, not just the children but our whole family into village life. Binegar School is an intrinsic part of the soul of the village and much will be lost, affecting the whole village if it is closed.

I like the teachers at Binegar School and I enjoy my lessons especially maths and PE.

Binegar School has played a supportive and active part in the Sheppey Valley Community Learning Partnership and the children at Binegar have been a joy to work with. I hope that some way can be found to keep this vital part of the local rural community and that the good work can continue.

Binegar school deserves Somerset County Council's support, Mrs White and her dedicated staff work hard to ensure our children have the best education. Please support our school !
